rinceton Corporate Campus at Forrestal Center is an 800,000-square-foot master-planned office development located in Princeton's prestigious Forrestal Center, the pre-eminent university sponsored business park in the Northeast. The Campus, located on a 75-acre tract fronting on Route 1 in the heart of the Princeton office market, will consist of five, five-story buildings situated in a richly landscaped park-like environment. The Campus is being developed by Patrinely Group, LLC.

100 and 150 College Road West are two Class A office buildings recently developed by Patrinely Group, LLC. Located directly across Route 1 from Princeton Corporate Campus, the buildings contain a total of 225,000 square feet and are fully leased. Major tenants include Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals and Munich Re.
